Community-based karate club in Ealing for ages 5 to 100. Classes run Monday, Thursday and Sunday covering Kata, Kumite, Strength & Conditioning and Stretching. Junior classes for under 14s and senior classes for 15+. Sunday sessions include the Elkai Fight Club (competition-focused) and a general remedial session. A friendly, inclusive club focused on respect, self-discipline, focus, confidence and safety.
